AI Disclosure: Our portraits are created using AI tools guided by our style prompts and your photo. The creative direction, style curation, and quality control are provided by Velvet Paw Studio.

Our Policy: Due to the custom and instant-delivery nature of digital portraits, we are generally unable to offer refunds once a portrait has been generated and approved. Every portrait is created uniquely for you — which makes it truly yours.

When We Will Always Refund: If a technical error prevents generation, if your portrait is significantly different from what was described, or if there is any payment processing error — we will make it right, no questions asked.
